Can only be recommended !!!! Rooms are clean! Breakfast buffet great! Food also great, everything freshly prepared! We'd love to come back !!

Food very nicely arranged. Unfortunately some of the vegetables (carrots with style) and the salad were sandy ... Service nice.

The centrally located, yet quiet hotel in the old town was perfect for our short break (5 nights). Nice room with a sunny balcony, breakfast very good, restaurant with excellent cuisine, service very attentive!

The hotel itself is quite reasonable. Our room was a bit on the small side, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated, but the shower was good. We were also bothered by the TV-noise from other rooms. Breakfast is very good. The reason for the two stars is the service. The man on the reception was unwelcoming and rude (not a good first impression). The girl serving at breakfast was miserable, unfriendly and irritable. We would certainly not go back.

Very good food, friendly staff .. The rooms are very clean. What bothered me, the comment from the male receptionist, they are definitely waiting for you to pay for the dog .. A Minnie dog 15 euros ..

Below average in every respect! The hygiene rules don't seem to have got around to Rinteln ..... We really didn't like ANYTHING here !! The owner, Mr. Krüger-Brand, was VERY unfriendly and already had a clear alcohol flag in the early morning.

Excellent German cuisine with seasonal and regional specialties .. highly recommended

A very nice hotel in the middle of Rinteln. Nice rooms, nice staff and a very nice owner. We booked with breakfast, but were invited to the in-laws, so he credited us € 10 back, great gesture. We would love to come back!

We treated ourselves to drinks at 11 a.m. in the pretty beach chair at the hotel in the pedestrian zone. In between no service staff looked out and asked if everything was okay. The glasses were empty and because we liked the place so much, we ordered a new round for outside by phone (due to Covid-19). That didn't go down well with the young employees :-( I can only write about it, the money is on the street! “Turning your head doesn't solve the problem, it solves it perspectives result from which the solution emerges. Centrally located in the old town of Rinteln. I stayed at the hotel in mid-June 2020 and ate in the restaurant. The employees were all friendly, competent and helpful. About the hotel: I had a large, modernly furnished twin room facing the quiet inner courtyard for single use. Everything was clean, there was soap and shampoo in the bathroom, the towels were in very good condition. For breakfast there was an extensive buffet that met all wishes. About the restaurant: I'll be back anytime! A wide range of food and drinks. Seasonal dishes and local specialties, all freshly prepared. And the service was fast, attentive and courteous. Perfect.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of an old town. The rooms are very clean, good breakfast and friendly service.

Our room was very clean and functional. We were there as part of a family celebration. The food is very excellent, the staff very very friendly and courteous. Sufficient parking spaces available directly at the hotel. We felt very comfortable and are not only happy to recommend this house but will also be happy to visit it again.

It was a great place to stay, very central and very clean. The food was amazing, way superior than tipical big city restaurants. I am glad I got to know about this hotel, I totally recommend it !!

This hotel was a lovely cosy place to stay, it is located in the main street of Rinteln, which is close of several cities in lower saxony ( Niedersachsen) including Hanover ( the capital state ). The food was just great !!! I have to say the food was over my expectations ... very tasty and just the right portion ;) !! the coffee was delicious, the beer as typical german location very good ! , and the wine choice is remarkable outstanding ! ... it is definetely a place to recommend !!

I really enjoyed my stay. 1. Here I would like to go back to breakfast and dinner separately. 1.1 It's easy to lose track of the breakfast buffet, I can't think of anything else I would like to see. And everything in top quality ... I have never seen it like this before. (Honey presented in honeycombs, muesli, a huge selection of loose tea, large sausage / meat and fish platter, scrambled eggs with & without bacon and much more) 1.2 I had ordered a three-course menu for food (Tomahawk steak in the main course), Without wanting to exaggerate here, the food with star kitchens is comparable to the moderate price. The presentation was also very appealing. I would very much like to add photos. 2. Service: The staff was very accommodating. The employees memorized special preferences straight away (e.g. hot chocolate for breakfast). But they were also at your side with words and deeds when planning the day. 3. Large selection of drinks. The wines should be highlighted here! You will also be advised by an award-winning sommelier. 4. In the ambience, classic half-timbered house and modern furnishings / fittings meet and yet appear harmonious. For warm days there is also an outdoor area including beach chairs. This is a family business where the young management team brings the drinks and supports them with other tasks. I find that very likeable! I don't particularly enjoy writing reviews, but here it was important to me to praise and support such a great hotel / restaurant. Rinteln Messe was on while we were here. Well worth a visit. The hotel right in the middle of the town is friendly and comfortable - even our standard room. Good bar and restaurant. Parking is at the rear of the hotel - not the easiest to find unless you have like us stayed here before. We will continue to use this hotel for years to come.

Good location. Varied breakfast on every one tasting.

They are some things that can be improved waterproof in shower area in bathroom for example but every thing else is good.

The hotel Kassel in Rinteln we liked it very much. The hotel is located in the pedestrian area in the heart of the beautiful city. Our room was big and very neat. The dinner was good. The breakfast was extensive. The best we liked the bike room. He was great for electric bikes.

Centrally located old style building which I found very quaint. Comfortable rooms, clean bathroom and convenient parking. Excellent breakfast and enjoyable evening meal. Staff very friendly and have a good sense of humour. I pass through here often so I will make this my regular stopover hotel. Highly recommended

Breakfast is good. beds are not so comfatable. Ground floor rooms are prone to disturbances from parking lot.

Filthy and oldfashioned hotel, lousy and unfriendly service. Food was OK, drinks too expensive. Parking very difficult. The managing director, Mr Lutz Krüger- Brand, was obviously drunk and extremely rude. Thanx, not again!
